Monique first graduated from the University of California at Berkeley. From there, she went on to complete her graduate studies at Columbia Business School, earning an MBA in Economics and Finance.
Post-graduation, Pittman started a job at JP Bank as a Consultant, followed by a move to BrightLife Insurance Company, where she worked between 2000 and 2006.
She held various prestigious positions during that time, including Vice President & Pension Counsel-Retirement Services Group, Director of Global Retirement Service Line Consulting, Assistant Corporate Actuary for Institutional Pensions Unit, and Senior Associate/Actuarial Analyst within Financial Analysis Unit (FAU).
