Uranium Resources PLC is registered in England and Wales, having been incorporated on 11 January 2005 under the Companies Act with registered number 05329401 as a public company limited by shares. The Company operates in one segment, the exploration and evaluation of uranium. Its current project includes the flagship Mtonya project in Tanzania. It is is located approximately 60km south of the Mkuju River deposit, which is owned by ARMZ and operated by Uranium One, and has an indicated and measured resource of 93.3 Mlb U3O8 grading 257 ppm U308...
