The Company and its subsidiaries carry on business as an investor and developer of commercial office, retail and residential properties in Hong Kong and Mainland China as well as a hotel owner and operator. The Company sold the commercial podium, all public car parking spaces and all the remaining residential units of The Forest Hills in Hong Kong. Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay is a 29-storey five-star hotel comprising 263 guest rooms with ancillary facilities and is managed by the InterContinental Hotels Group.
